Privacy Policy:

Northeast Baptist School (NBS) takes keeping your privacy seriously. We use the information you provide to us to process your online payments only. Your credit card information is provided to our internet payment gateway service in order for you to pay for your order and for your credit card to be charged accordingly.

Disclosure exceptions:

Not withstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary: to comply with legal processes such as a serch warrant, subpoena, or court order; to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website and/or NBS rights and property; or during emergencies, such as when we believe someone’s physical safety is at risk.

Other than these exceptions, we do not share, sell, or give your personal information to anyone, any company, any corporation, nor any entity for any reason without your further permission. This policy and terms of use are governed by the law of the State of Louisiana.

Terms and Conditions:

I hereby authorize Northeast Baptist School (NBS) to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. I acknowledge that I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount and my NBS account information (i.e. my student’s name).

By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that NBS is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees, or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I indicated.

I understand that an online payment will be processed and credit to my account within 2 business days.

Return Policy:

I understand that most payments on my student’s account are non-refundable (i.e. application fee, registration, books, tuition, damages, any payment for an items kept by the recipient). If any payments are reimbursed, they will be credited to my credit card after all outstanding fees have been paid.
